Service Description
These are a set of vigorous morning classes that will stretch and tone your whole body, with a little extra focus on the upper body. We will use small props such as rollers, small weights, balls, circles. We will be lying down on back, stomach, sides, sitting, and standing. This class is not suitable for someone with spinal injuries.
