This class is suitable for an individual with osteoporosis, or someone who is past rehabilitation after an injury (including hip or knee arthroplasty). We maintain neutral spine, add extension, gentle side bending and rotation, and move in all directions that are safe for YOUR body. CAVEAT: Requirement to join this class is at least one private session with me (for individuals familiar with Pilates method using equipment), or three private sessions for a new to Pilates client. Our primary focus is your safety. In order to move safely through the class it is necessary to learn which movements are safe for YOUR body. Take takes time, and practice, and I will guide you through this process with care and attention.
