Service Description

These are a set of vigorous morning classes that will stretch and tone your whole body! We will use small props such as bands, rollers, small weights, balls, circles, and bosu ball (optional). We will be lying down on back, stomach, sides, sitting, and standing. This class is not suitable for someone with spinal injuries.
