Mixed level Pilates apparatus classes - you will be using reformer, chair, tower, and small props. NOTE: Recommended for clients familiar with the use of Pilates equipment. Not recommended for clients recovering from injuries.

Cancellation Policy

You can reschedule at any time, but no later than 24 hrs prior to the class. To cancel, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance.
